PLEASE NOTE DIFFERENT DRIVING DIRECTIONS LISTED HERE IF YOU ARE DRIVING I-70 FROM THE EAST OR WEST. (when you print this please circle the one that you will need to arrive at our facility)
Bridge repair at exit 286 is finished!
If you are driving west on I-70 from Kansas City we are about a 3 hour drive. Heading west on I-70 your exit from I-70 will be exit 286 (county rd. 206, town of Chapman). After you exit I-70 turn South (left) and go into Chapman to the 2nd stop sign which will be 4th Street. Turn right (west) and go 3 miles on your trip meter to Oat Rd. (Note that 4th street is called Old Hwy 40 when you leave town). Turn north(right) on Oat Rd. and go 3/4 mile to 2600 Ave. Turn east (right) on 2600 Ave. go 1/4 mile and we are the first place on your left (only place on the north side of road). Turn in the driveway with the blue/red reflectors (the barn driveway just past our house driveway). Please do not go by MapQuest or GPS directions, they are not always accurate. There is a dirt road to the east 1 mile and to the west 1 mile that GPS may try to take you to. If there has been rain those roads are not passable. The driving directions I provide are very good roads.
If you are driving I-70 heading east you can exit I-70 at exit 281, County Rd. 43, (Enterprise). At the exit stop sign use your trip meter and go south (right) 1.3 miles. Turn east (left) on Old Hwy 40 and go 2 miles to Oat Rd. Turn north (left) and go 3/4 mile to 2600 Ave. Turn east (right) on 2600 Ave. and go 1/4 mile, we are the first place on the left (the only place on the north side of the road). Please use the driveway with the blue/red reflectors (barn driveway). Please do not go by MapQuest or GPS directions, they are not always accurate. There is a dirt road to the east 1 mile and to the west 1 mile that GPS may try to take you to. If there has been rain, those roads are not passable. The driving directions I provide are very good roads.
